Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge is located two-and-a-half hours from Johannesburg in the malaria-free Pilanesberg Game Reserve. The lodge is nestled within an exclusive-use conservancy of this 57250 hectare “Big Five″ reserve. This means that guests staying at Shepherds Tree have the advantage of traversing on both private land and the Reserve’s public roads.

Standard Room: Maximum of 2 adults
Family Suites: Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 12
Executive Suites: Maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 12
Villa: Includes private villa unit with private pool, private vehicle, lounge and Boma as well as butler service.
Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide.
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives.
Baby-sitting facilities available at R240 per hour (maximum 2 children)
Sole use vehicle is available to facilitate families at an additional cost of R4770 per vehicle per game drive
